Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations, customers are granted a minimum legal period of 14 calendar days to exercise the right of withdrawal.
GRIOTZI voluntarily extends this period to 30 calendar days from receipt of the order.
For this reason, and although we make every effort for you to fall in love with our products, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied and wish to return an item, our maximum return period is 30 calendar days from the date you received your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal and/or request a return, please send an email to contacto@griotzi.com, indicating your order number, within 30 days following receipt of the order.
Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
For the customer’s convenience, GRIOTZI may manage the return process by deducting the corresponding return shipping costs directly from the refundable amount, which will be duly detailed in the relevant documentation.
The return address will be provided to the customer once the return request has been initiated.
Returned products must be sent in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with their original tags intact.
The concept of “use” does not include the right to try the products solely to the extent necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and size, in the same manner as would be permitted in a physical retail store.
The return will be processed within 14 days after the returned goods have been received at our warehouse and following verification that the products are in proper condition.
A confirmation email will be sent once the return has been processed.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt and verification of the returned product. However, GRIOTZI may withhold the refund until the products have been received or until the customer has provided valid proof of return.
If products are received damaged (partially or totally) or in a condition different from that in which they were originally shipped, GRIOTZI reserves the right to reject the return or apply a depreciation to the refundable amount.
For added convenience when returning items, our shipping envelopes include a double adhesive strip.
Please ensure that products are properly packaged to avoid potential damage during the return process, as such damage may result in deductions from the refund.
Exceptions to the Right of Return
For reasons of hygiene and health protection, returns will not be accepted for the following products, unless they present a manufacturing defect:
- Underwear
- Bodysuits
- Tights, socks, or other intimate-use items
Likewise, returns will not be accepted for personalized products or items which, by their nature, cannot be returned in accordance with applicable legislation.
Exchanges
Regarding size or product exchanges, we currently do not offer a direct exchange service.
In such cases, the customer must request a return and place a new order, which will be subject to stock availability and governed by the same terms and conditions as the original purchase.
Damaged Products
At GRIOTZI, we strive to ensure that everything runs smoothly. However, if for any reason you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at contacto@griotzi.com within 30 days of receiving your shipment, describing the issue.
In such cases, we will ask you to provide a photograph of the product in order to document the issue and offer an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
If a return or replacement is necessary, we will arrange the collection of the package, assess the damage, and provide the customer with the solution that best meets their request. In these cases, all shipping and handling costs incurred will be fully covered by GRIOTZI.
