2. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of fashion products, clothing, footwear, and accessories offered through the online store accessible via our website.

 

3. Territorial Scope

The products offered are marketed primarily in Spain and other countries of the European Union. No shipments are made to territories outside the EU unless expressly stated otherwise.

 

4. User Status

Placing an order implies the status of customer and full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection regulations.

 

5. Purchase Process

The purchase process is carried out entirely electronically through the payment platform available on the website. The customer must follow the instructions displayed on screen and provide accurate and up-to-date information.

 

6. Product Availability

All orders are subject to actual product availability. In the event of subsequent unavailability, the customer will be informed and a full refund of the amounts paid will be issued without undue delay.

 

7. Prices and Taxes

Prices are indicated in euros (€) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs will be displayed prior to completing the purchase.

 

8. Payment Methods

Payment may be made using the payment methods enabled on the platform (debit and credit cards).

The charge will be made at the time of order confirmation.

 

9. Order Confirmation

The order confirmation sent by email constitutes proof of the transaction, without prejudice to subsequent verification of availability and payment validation.

 

10. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are indicative and may be affected by circumstances beyond the seller’s control. In no case shall delays give rise to compensation, without prejudice to the consumer’s right to terminate the contract in accordance with applicable law.

 

11. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.

GRIOTZI voluntarily extends this period to 30 calendar days from receipt of the order.

The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with its original packaging. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer, unless expressly stated otherwise.

 

12. Returns and Exchanges (Fashion Products)

Returns of used, damaged, or tagless products will not be accepted. Garments must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered.

 

13. Legal Warranty

Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity provided under applicable legislation. Defects resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, or lack of product care are excluded from the warranty.

 

14. Proper Use of the Product

Products are intended exclusively for use in accordance with their nature. Failure to comply with washing, care, or preservation instructions releases the seller from liability.

 

15. Limitation of Liability

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to device configuration or the manufacturing process.

 

16. Force Majeure

The seller shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations when such failure is due to force majeure, including, among others, strikes, logistical disruptions, technical failures, or extraordinary circumstances.

18. Online Dispute Resolution (EU)

The seller is not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution procedures, unless legally required.

 

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, the courts and tribunals of the consumer’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction, where the consumer has such status.

 

20. Contractual Integration

These General Terms and Conditions, together with the Legal Notice, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy, constitute the complete legal framework governing the relationship between the seller and the customer.
