Always focused on customer satisfaction, at GRIOTZI we strive to ensure that you receive your purchases quickly and safely.

Our estimated delivery times are as follows:

·         2 to 5 business days within Spain Peninsula  and the Balearic Islands.

Please note that during specific periods of the year (public holidays, promotional campaigns, sales periods), the delivery times indicated above may be affected and extended.

It is also important to consider that circumstances beyond GRIOTZI’s control, such as logistical incidents, adverse weather conditions, periods of high demand, or force majeure situations, among others, may result in longer delivery times.

If an order cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer (incorrect address, repeated absence, failure to collect the shipment), the costs derived from reshipment or return may be borne by the customer.

 

Shipping Costs

 

 Spain Peninsula and Balearic Islands: €4.99 (euros) per shipment.

Shipping costs will be free of charge for orders equal or superior to €60 (euros) for the following regions: Spain Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.

Shipping costs are automatically adjusted according to the destination region and will always be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

In the case of geographical areas or territories subject to special tax regimes, the order may be subject to additional taxes, fees, or customs procedures, which shall be borne by the customer.
